What it is
Green Space Services for Local Monitoring system is a product of Aratos Technologies S.A specially designed for monitoring of environment, environemental changes, interaction of human activities, wildlife and nature. The product covers a five-years action plan and provides valuable data and indicators to local authorities and governments, environmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, businesses and individuals on all complex changes of their region, which are related to environment,human activities and the relationship between them.
Data accuracy and Distribution of Green SSLM
The monitoring process is done by using advanced Earth Observation satellites and techniques, combined with in-situ data and measurements. The processing complexity of such large volumes and often confusing information type is hidden by the user. Instead useful and understandable indicators of the area's situation are presented to him.
Moreover, digital and hand-copy map of the area is produced. A non-specilist can have a picture of the situation in the region, and he can decide on any measures and necessary actions that must be taken.
In order to certify for the monitoring and control of a region, Aratos Technologies provide specific certificate that the region is under supervision of Green SSLM.

- Three-month reports on changes, situation and analyses
- Yearly report on changes, situation and analyses

- Build/Green percentage of region
- Water bodies changes
- Coast line changes
- Percentage of coast line with strengthening works
- Percentage of coast line under threat and risk
- Agriculture/Forest ratio and change
- Pastures/Forest ratio and change
The Green SSLM service is performed under yearly subscription and for a minimum of 3 years period.
